Based on his excellent reviews, I called Jorge and he was at my house within a couple of hours --arriving precisely at the time he said he would. He was able to identify the locks immediately as having been manufactured by a small local company that went out of business years ago. Nevertheless, he pledged to search far and wide for suitable replacements. I thought I'd never hear from him again, but to my surprise he called back the next day. After some research, he had identified suitable replacements from foreign manufacturers, but was candid with me that it made more sense to replace the doors than to pay the very high price he'd have to charge for the unusual locks. I agreed. So, Jorge did all that work and, instead of trying to make it worth his while by selling me on the expensive replacements, he gave me the best advice for me. In so doing, he may have lost this one piece of potential business, but he has gained a customer for life.”
